The Invoice Tool is a free, browser-based invoice generator. It allows you to create invoices, choose templates, and download PDF files. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You can use the Service without creating an account. Your data is stored in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers.
While we strive for accuracy in calculations, The Invoice Tool is provided as a convenience tool. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices before sending them to clients. We are not liable for errors in calculations, formatting, or any financial consequences arising from invoices generated by this tool. This tool does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

The The Invoice Tool brand, logo, and website design are the property of The Invoice Tool. Invoice content you create belongs to you. Invoice templates are provided for your use in creating invoices and may not be redistributed as standalone templates.
The Service uses third-party services including Google AdSense (advertising), Plausible Analytics (anonymized analytics), Google Fonts (typography), and cdnjs/Cloudflare (library hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Invoice Tool and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Because your data is stored in your browser's local storage, it can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use private/incognito browsing. We are not responsible for data loss. We recommend downloading PDFs of important invoices as your permanent record.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
